Height and weight increase

Trace had been measyred at 34" yesterday. he had been eating nonstop one day and then looked somewhat leaner in his legs and face so i was assuming a change in height. I was right.
he is now potty training again. He finally has the idea of going as soon as he sits on the potty.. We will be trying the "potty clock" idea where we set the timer to go off eery hour to go potty.
so far its ok. but we will see if it works in a week or two.
As for the baby. I am being harassed internally. Constantly kicking!! seems to be close to what trace was like. i am going to get yet another runner. maybe we can have races soon.

ITS GOING TO BE A BOY!

Another boy??!!
OH MY! i will be overran by testosterone but that is ok. I think having a girl is not my main goal, it was having another child no matter what it was. It will be amazing to see two brothers together. We will need to focus on brotherly love. patience, teamwork.
It will be awesome. I just hope dad does not encourage them to be off the wall. :)
but if they turn out like their daddy then we are good.
I am so happy we know now and i am even more excited.
At least we do not have to buy new things :)
until he can not tolerate hand me downs anymore.

Trace

So nothing much to report about child 2.0 at least not until the 20th when we find the sex.
As for trace it looks like he is approach. A half inch taller. We hope so . It appears that he has his 6 year molars coming through already. Just a little bit on the top.
His fits are to minimum now that we have installed time outs and stern voice discussions. He has a lot more words that he says now. I cannot seem to figure out what he means when he adamatly says doo-dah and gets frustrated when I do not understand. He loves peanutbutter and jelly and it is now referred to as peecookie being sweet like a cookie and a partial recognition of the word peanut. He knows the words waffles and cheese and sometimes asks for them together.
He knows he wants to go outside and tells me when he wants to go. He will say shoeson (shoes on) and outside. And if we dress him he then gets all the doors shut to go out (because we shut them for the dog not to have access to carpeting) and he turns off the TV (something that daddy says that not even mommy does)
he knows his playhouse as "Doors"
He uses a pretend phone and refers to it as phone and answers it "yehwo"
When he plays with his toys he basically organizes the, He lines up cars in parades. He uses number tiles (rumikube domino like tiles) and he sorts them while counting outloud in a 1-10 fashion sometimes using Spanish numbers.
his cars get lined up facing the same way in a bumper to bumper parade.
He can play roll the ball now. He also knocks on doors for entrance when closed. He also calls for his father "daddy-r you" (daddy where are you )
he is constantly measuring and counting with some numbers on the tape. In fact that is the first activity he did this morning.
He recites lines to movies and sings along with songs from movies and some commercials basically mimicking the words and notes.
He sleeps with a cuddle puppy every night and plays many different things with it. He recognizes some animals and watches America's funniest animals and laughs out loud. It seems to be his favorite show.
He recognizes my tummy as BABY but I am not sure if he totally understands. He with rub my belly and give it "zerberts" and say baby while pointing . He knows pictures of babies and every time he sees one he acknowledges the word baby.
He plays with money. We give him our change and he says "money" and plays with it sorting it and putting it in different toys and different containers.
He has bruises all over from all the rough playing he does constantly crawling on the wood floor and falling and jumping off of anything he can climb only to laugh at small boo boo's and cry just a tiny bit with larger injuries. It seems sometimes he is fearless.
It seems he has something new every day that impresses me.

Small Updates

We hit one of those small milestones for Trace. You seldom see them because they do not come one after the other when they get older. Trace has learned on his own to peddle his trike. We brought it up from the basement so it will get use. Since our yard is void of all flat smooth surfaces we decided to let him use it in the house for now. Saturday June 3rd was the exact day. He is so adorable doing it now. He not only has mastered peddling but he is now a speed freak! He often takes his cuddle puppy for rides too. He is so smart!
Update with the baby.
Last visit the heartbeat was normal, the pain was diagnosed as round ligament pain. It is more prominent since I had a big baby last time and such a rapid birth.
We find out the sex on June 20th
Also yesterday was the first time I could feel the baby kick with my hand on my belly.
